According to the legend of how the magical guilds were founded the Dragon was the powerful guardian of the magical valley of Dragon's Ghyll. There were five cousins who entered the magical wooded valley and encountered the dragon. It is said The Dragon welcomed them and treated them as honoured guests. But the cousins were greedy and wanted to take the Dragon's Hoard for themselves. One night they sneaked into the dragons treasure room beneath the sleeping dragon. When the dragon awoke they swallowed the magical jewels they had stolen. The legend tells us these became the first Weirstones conferring unique magical gifts upon the cousins.
